Nathan H. Mann

Mr. Mann has more than 40 years legal experience, principally in the area of civil litigation. He holds an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest rating by other lawyers. The major portion of his practice includes all areas of insurance defense. He also handles real estate, probate, corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Mann joined the firm in 1982 and is Managing Attorney.

Wesley Jackson

Wesley Jackson was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from Albuquerque High and UNM School of Law. Mr. Jackson has been practicing law since 2005 and has extensive trial experience. Mr. Jackson focuses his practice on personal injury. He also frequently serves as a guardian ad litem to investigate the fairness of proposed settlements for children.

R. Thomas Dawe – Of Counsel

Mr. Dawe has more than 45 years of experience in commercial litigation and preparation of contracts, including the representation of individuals, lenders, borrowers, contractors, and business owners. He is experienced in all phases of commercial litigation, probate, the preparation of real estate documentation, as well as foreclosure of liens and mortgages, and tort defense. Mr. Dawe has co-authored and taught seminars on subjects related to trial practice, judgment enforcement and real estate litigation.

Mr. Dawe is a former Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corp and a Lieutenant in the United States Army Infantry.

J.E. Casados – In Memoriam

Mr. Casados practiced law for more than 50 years as an insurance defense attorney. He handled every type of insurance defense matter including insurance bad faith, personal injury, professional liability, property damage, subrogation, and products liability. He handled numerous trials and appeals during his career. Mr. Casados was a founding partner of Gallagher, Casados & Mann, P.C., retiring in 2015.
