Our Attorneys

Retired as of November 1, 2024, Mr. Mann has more than 40 years legal experience, principally in the area of civil litigation. He holds an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest rating by other lawyers. The major portion of his practice includes all areas of insurance defense. He also handles real estate, probate, corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Mann joined the firm in 1982 and is Managing Attorney.

Wesley Jackson was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and graduated from Albuquerque High and UNM School of Law. Mr. Jackson has been practicing law since 2005 and has extensive trial experience. Mr. Jackson focuses his practice on personal injury. He also frequently serves as a guardian ad litem to investigate the fairness of proposed settlements for children.
